Merry meet! And welcome!
Today felt like the perfect day to throw a little tea ceremony for my grape vine hedge. The other day I noticed some seedlings growing and I was thrilled! This year they grew so lush, I just knew a good crop could grow.
To help them, I felt like a sweet tea party and cleansing would bring them positive energies.
I had first lit sage and cleansed across the hedge. All the while, chanting to the nature spirits to come and join me for the blessing.
After, I set up my tea pot and brewed a blooming blossom from the garden. I said a prayer to the Goddess. To continue to help my hedge grow.
Once I said my prayer, I took a few sips then offered the rest of the brew to my grape vines.
The beauty of the day lingered till sunset. The wind was soothing and the ground moist. The moon began to show her light, and ever more did I feel complete.
This way of tea ceremony is ideal for other gardens or hedges. It is small and simple which is wonderful. It leaves more time to spend your day in nature.
Well, thank you for reading!
Blessed be to you all!

Merry meet all! Welcome!
The past new moon was a time to do a cleansing for my amulet.
An amulet, is a jewel or stone that is meant to protect the wearer against evil, curses, and illness.
From time to a time, any sort of jewlery that is considered an amulet must be cleansed and refreshed.
The New Moon is the best night to do this for your amulets. The reason being this moon cycle as a time of rest. No magick is done during this period. Meditations, restings, and cleansings are appropriate.
Cleansing my amulet was simple. I simply placed my stone in a small glass dish (recommended) with a pinch of sea salt. I was fortunate enough that it was a rainy night. So extra cleansing was in store. I set outside the dish and left it to sit just a little after midnight. By then, I took it and placed it under my grape vines. It is also recommended to bury an amulet in the soil, but I had my reasons to not do it this time. Either way, the amulet still gets to soak in the Earth’s energy.
By morning, my amulet was cleansed and refreshed. I felt my energy restored and lighter.
Any other method can work as simply. You could cleanse with any element you wish. Such as smoke or flame. If I was to use the smoke method, I would most likely choose to burn bay or rosemary leaves then smudge my amulet through the smoke.
Of course since it beautifully rained through the new moon night, I couldn’t have been happier. Especially since water is the ultimate element to cleanse anything.
Anywho, hope this method helps anyone who is searching for ways to purify their tools and/or amulets, talismans, or even themselves!

Happy May 1st, everyone!
The summer season is approaching and energies are vibrant in the air!
As some know, today marks the same for most witches as Beltane! The day when the God and Goddess are finally united and bond in each other’s embrace. It is the also the time when the season is abundant with joy, fertility, and magic.
To really analyze the energies of this day is quite simply put that the forces of nature are binding together to create the coming season. This is why Beltane is associated with fertility, hope, and joy. The summer season is approaching, which brings hope and joy. The season changing is in a sense an act of birth; hence for fertility.
Beltane is celebrated in different ways; the most popular one being of course the May pole. A May pole is a symbol of the joining between the God and Goddess. Ribbons are wrapped around the base as people dance around. Traditionally, a meal is shared as a representation of unity.
As witches, one can either celebrate on May 1st or May Eve, which is the night for witches to gather. I generally like to celebrate on May Eve. I was fortunate enough to be with a friend and went dancing at an amazing vibrant event; everyone was joyous, free, and united. I couldn’t have been more blessed! On the first of May, I shared a meal with my hubby.
However you’d like to celebrate is up to the family or witch. May your day be blessed and your family joyous!
