Opening the Llewellyn’s Witches’ Datebook 2027 marks my sixth year turning to this familiar staple, and flipping through its fresh pages feels like reconnecting with a trusted companion.
Finding an organization system that bridges mundane scheduling with intentional, earth-centered living isn’t always easy. Standard planners leave no room for the natural ebb and flow of the seasons, while purely magical journals often lack the practical space needed for deadlines, appointments, and daily to-do lists. This datebook has remained my go-to anchor because it balances both worlds effortlessly.

Why It Has Remained My Go-To for Six Years
* Astrological & Lunar Tracking: Each week includes precise moon phases, astrological ingresses, and planetary alignments at a glance, making it simple to time projects, rituals, and seasonal planning without constantly looking up outside charts.

* Sabbat & Seasonal Lore: Beyond basic calendar dates, it offers insightful essays, recipes, and correspondences tailored to each turning of the Wheel of the Year.

* Functional Weekly Spreads: The spiral-bound layout lays flat on a desk, providing generous lined space to jot down client sessions, creative deadlines, and personal notes alongside the daily magical data.

* A Visual Creative Anchor: The distinctive woodcut-style cover and interior art bring a grounded, earthy beauty to daily planning, turning the simple act of checking a schedule into an inspiring daily ritual.

Over the past six years, keeping these datebooks has created a personal chronicle of my life’s chapters, creative endeavors, and seasonal growth. Get your Llewellyn’s Witches Datebook, start your journaling today.

Samhain Tea Recipe

Great Samhain Blessings!

Today, in our modern calendar, marks Halloween! Also called Samhain. Pronounced Sow-wen, or Sow-ween, is a Gaelic festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter, or the “darker half” of the year. Amongst witches, it is considered the new spiritual year. Being because, on this holy day, the spirits of the otherworld are allowed to visit the living and sow their old seeds. And with that our living souls are given new goals, dreams, and lessons to be taken in.

Because our dear departed return to us on this holy night, it is tradition to pay them honor. We give them offerings of sliced apples, blessed tea, milk,  or barley. We light candles and place them on our window sills to light the way. We carve frightening pumpkins  to scare off the mischief of troublesome spirits. And renew the barriers around our homes to prepare for winter.

The tea I have prepared for tonight’s ritual and offering is a delicious blend.

Samhain Tea

Instructions:

Pour boiled water over the ingredients and allow to steep for 5 minutes in a tea bag or strainer. If you wish you may add honey and milk.

Enjoy your Samhain in peace and in love. Cherish the loved ones you have, and honor the ones who have passed. In perfect love, and in perfect trust.

Blessed be.

SAMHAIN TEA RECIPE

New Year’s Incense & Tea

Welcome!

When I do my New Year’s ritual I incorporate my own blend of incense and tea. I figured it would be helpful to share my recipe blend.

New Year’s Incense

I used a tsp. of each and then gave it a good grind. I decided on these herbs because bay and frankincense represent the winter season; whereas jasmine and cinquefoil are dedicated to the spring. I saw these as a symbol of the Crone and Maiden transforming/blending together. Also to include that frankincense and bay are to purify, cleanse, and protect the spirit. Jasmine and cinquefoil are for love, luck, health, and to banish negative forces. For me, it is the perfect new year’s incense.

New Year’s Tea Blend

Again I used a tsp. of each. This blend is so helpful in the beginning of the year because of its magical properties. Combined together this tea summons health, luck, love, protection, wisdom, and unblocking ones path.

These blends have worked for me for years. And every new year seems to blossom and grow. After blending, be sure to bless these herbs.

It depends on the witch, but I love to bless and chant in Latin.

My blessing chant was:

Benedicat Herbam Anni

Well I hope this post is helpful to any who are interested.

Blessed be fellow witches. And once again, happy new year!

New Year’s Tea & Incense!

Welcome & Blessings!

Hello, and welcome to my first ever blog post!

My name is Lady Azna Moon.

I’ll be honest, I’m anxious and yet also excited to start this blog. I have been considering starting this for a year now, and after much consideration, and the persuasion from my sister witches; I have begun.

Like all witches; we center our focus on our own individual craft. My craft is grounded around nature, kitchen magick, tarot & divination, and Triple Goddess worship. I especially love to incorporate tea in my spells and rituals. Quite honestly, I love tea so much and blend them for my spells, my sister witches have nicknamed me The Tea Witch.

It is certainly exciting times, and I am looking forward to getting my knowledge and wisdom out to the world.

Thank you all for your interest, and I hope to continue this blog with peace and positive energies.

Blessed Be )0(
